If you enter your driving licence expiry date, RoadHelp may use that date to schedule expiry reminders on your device.
RoadHelp uses local application storage for information required by features such as vehicle expense tracking, purchase value records, mileage tracking, reminders, settings, and other locally managed data.
Certain vehicle information may be transmitted to and stored on CGFX servers when required by supported vehicle-related features. This server handling is separate from the local expense tracker.
Information stored locally may be lost if you clear the application's data or uninstall RoadHelp, unless you have separately created a backup using a supported backup feature.
Availability of backup and restore functionality may vary by app version. Do not assume that local records are backed up automatically.
Vehicle information, such as vehicle category, manufacturer, or model, may be used by supported features to determine whether relevant vehicle services, offers, or promotions may be available.
Availability of these services or offers is not guaranteed. CGFX does not sell your vehicle information.
RoadHelp may request access to your device's approximate or precise location when you use features such as My Location, Nearby Help, or map-based services.
Location access is used to display your location and help identify nearby services or assistance locations. Location permission is not required for basic locally stored vehicle expense tracking.
Map and location features may use Google Maps, Google Play services, or other related services. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
RoadHelp uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Depending on your settings, region, consent choices, and device configuration, Google AdMob may process information such as advertising identifiers, device or other identifiers, ad interaction information, and diagnostic information needed to deliver, measure, and improve advertising.
The information processed and the purposes of processing may vary according to Google's services and applicable settings. CGFX does not directly control all data processing performed by Google AdMob.
How Google uses information from apps and sites that use its services
RoadHelp may request notification permission to send maintenance, service, and document expiry reminders.
Reminder notifications are scheduled using information and dates you provide. They are intended to be generated on your device and do not require your vehicle expense records to be uploaded to the CGFX server.

CGFX takes reasonable measures to protect information handled by RoadHelp. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information stored locally is also affected by the security of your device, including its screen lock and operating system protections.
Locally stored information generally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the application, subject to Android's handling of application data and any separately supported backup.
Where the application provides delete controls, you can use them to remove individual records. Deleting a record may affect calculated totals and reports.

CGFX does not knowingly collect personal information from children through its own servers. Third-party services used by the application may have separate age-related policies and requirements.
